What Ricly asks for
One thing: permission to appear in the Finder menu. macOS may separately ask before Ricly reads files in protected folders such as Desktop or Documents — that prompt comes from macOS and is normal.
Already installed?
Ricly updates itself in the background. To check manually: Settings → Updates → Check now. Your files, links and allowances stay exactly where they are.
