Write to a person, not a ticket queue.

There is one address and one person behind it. Put the right tag in the subject and your message lands in the right pile.

Tell us what it is about first.

Six reasons, one form. Picking the right one is what gets your message answered by the right pass, and it saves you guessing which subject line to write.

What is this about?
No account needed to write. Your address is used to answer you, and for nothing else.

Would rather use your own mail app? The address is not written on this page, to keep it out of the way of address harvesters.

What we commit to, and what we do not. For a dispute, the Terms bind us to answer within 14 days and to look for an amicable resolution first. For everything else we answer as fast as we can, and we would rather not print a number we cannot hold to every week.

There is one person behind this form, not a rota. Ricly is an individual business registered in France — the full legal identity is in the Terms, where the law expects it. A postal address can be provided on request.

Before you write about a tool, its page probably answers you faster — each one has six questions at the bottom, taken from what people actually ask.

Why there is no address on this page. An address written into a page is collected by anything that crawls it. The form goes to the same inbox and reaches the right pass faster. Our legal pages still print the address where the law expects a reachable contact point.

Or find it yourself, faster.
