What we commit to, and what we do not. For a dispute, the Terms bind us to answer within 14 days and to look for an amicable resolution first. For everything else we answer as fast as we can, and we would rather not print a number we cannot hold to every week.

There is one person behind this form, not a rota. Ricly is an individual business registered in France — the full legal identity is in the Terms, where the law expects it. A postal address can be provided on request.
